"Our Environment is Our Future and Our Future is Our Responsibility"

About Us

Who We Are

Uganda’s Little Hands Go Green is a civil society organization that nurtures and empowers children as the main drivers of environmental conservation education in their schools and communities.

Since inception in 2012, Little Hands Go Green has dedicated time and resources to pioneering a model that seeks to assign proprietary interest of a green future to our children. We are on a campaign to trek across the whole of Uganda with a legion of children who are taking it upon themselves to plant at least a fruit tree per child.

Our initiatives are designed to nurture a deep-rooted love and passion for the environment among children through engaging and entertaining activities. By harnessing the enthusiasm and creativity of young minds, we aim to promote a culture of environmental stewardship that transcends generations.

Vision

To inspire and empower every child in Uganda to become a passionate and proactive guardian of our environment, leading the way towards a sustainable and green future for all.

Mission

Empowering Uganda’s children to champion environmental conservation through innovative and engaging initiatives, cultivating a lasting culture of stewardship and sustainability.
