Uganda’s Little Hands Go Green a civil society organization that empowers and nurtures children as Climate Justice Ambassadors has launched the drive towards the 4th Children’s Climate Change March which will take place on Saturday 29th March 2025, starting and ending at the KCCA City Hall in Kampala, Uganda. The launch was done in two prominent Green primary schools namely: St. Marcellino Academy and Mother Majeri Primary School. The 2025 Children’s Climate Change March will see Green Ambassadors march together for “Improved Access to Clean Water, Sanitation & Hygiene as well as for Biodiversity Conservation and a Greener & Healthier planet.


The march is organized in partnership with several organizations, including Hariss International, the Ministry of Water and Environment, Kampala City’s Education Services & Climate Change Department, National Environment Management Authority, National Forestry Authority, Rotary Club of Kampala Kibuli, UBC TV, NBS Television, and Rotary Mission Green. It is expected to bring together over 120 schools from the Little Hands Go Green Schools network. and will climax with a mini Climate concert at the end of the march with skits, songs, poems, and drama from the kids.
